Good colocation experience

I moved some equipment into their colocation services last month. The initial setup was well-guided by their support team, they helped coordinate the rack space and power. Remote Hands service was prompt when I needed a network cable re-seated. Everything is working as expected. Their datacenter security seemed robust during my visit. My only minor feedback is that sometimes the response time for non-urgent support tickets can take a few hours, but they do resolve things thoroughly.

Solid hosting, minor hiccup

I purchased a Managed Dedicated Server and also added DDoS Protection. The server performance has been rock solid, and the managed support team has been helpful with OS updates. My only complaint was a small delay in provisioning the DDoS service initially; it took an extra day. Once it was active though, it worked as advertised. Overall, good value for the features I needed.

I had the same experience last year. My first year was discounted and then it went up. They told me it was the standard rate after the initial promo expired. No coupon codes worked for renewals for me.

Depends on what you order, but usually pretty quick. My cloud server was ready in like an hour, but bare metal might take a bit longer if they have to do custom config.

Afaik, standard bare metal can be a few hours to a day. They have to do some physical setup obviously. I've always had mine up within 24 hours though.
